what exactky happened to my cousin Vito?

My cousin Vito was lost at sea. They found the ship, fully intact at the bottom of the ocean. The Coast Gaurd has stopped all investigations concerning the wreck so we can't have any closure

not sure, bears. He probably floated somewhere. I'm not saying in what condition.
