I have 4 weeks to make my body look awesome. I am NOT overweight, just need a little toning around my stomach and upper thighs. I weigh 130lbs and not really interested in loosing more than 5lbs. Any sugestions?????

Try Sara Ivanhoe's 20 minute yoga makeovers. She has one video called sculpted bun and thighs, I swear on it. I did it for a week and in the shower I could not believe the difference I saw. She has 5 different videos, one for each part of the body that typically needs work. Her routines are easy but challenging. I love them and I highly suggest finding some of her videos especially if all you have to do is tone up, I have not found hoem workouts like these. I found thew whole set on Ebay for $7.00. It is $40 in the stores. Good luck!

yeah, take your butt to the gym. Do some squats. Use the Swiss ball for your abs. Use the machine that swings from side to side for your side abs. Make sure you squeeze as you move. There should be some resistance, don't just swing from side to side, you're not doing anything. Ask the people at the gym what specific exercises are good for toning your problem areas. My gym has a free trainer who helps you use machines, answer questions, etc. But its best you ask. And if you don't want to use a gym, go on-line and search for exercises for those particular spots. You'd probably have to work out at least 3 or 4 times a week to get any results. 4 weeks is kinda pushing it, especially if you don't exercise regularly. But best of luck!

Do high rep. low weight strength training 4 or 5 times a week and do 30 min of cardio 5x per week

Cardio and watch what your eating. Try some yoga or pilates as well.
