This guy that I go to school with flirts with me a lot and is always calling me babe, but he won't make any moves. How do i know if he is interested or if that is just the way that he is friends with people?

Flirt with him too! play around and for the moment do not expect anything else. When this situation will last for some time one of you will have to make the fist step. Wait and enjoy the game. And when you are not able to wait anymore, make the first step yourself. I mean, do not tell him about your feelings!!! better tell him to go somewhere together. Try to learn about the things he likes to do (from his friends) and invite him to do it. And you know what, maybe it won't be neccessary to make the first step. Maybe you will go somewhere together - school party or something like this... Make him laugh and be sexy and as I already said ENJOY THE GAME!!!!

Ask him out or something like that . . .Have like a group of your friends go out together, like to play putput golf or something like that and make sure that there is a mixture of guys and girls, if he calls all of the other girls, BABE, then he is just that way with all of his friends . . .BUT if he just calls you, babe then he is into you . . .hope this helps
