it's so important to exercise regularly, and it's so much better to train yourself good habits now while you're young and healthy because as you get older you'll really NEED it, and it will be 100 times harder. you wanna know how i'm staying motivated right now? i think of it as my 2nd job. like when i get up in the morn i don't say "damn i don't want to go to work today!" i have no choice, if i don't work i'll be homeless and no one will take care of my @ss lol! so that's kinda how i think of it right now like it's my 2nd job, or school, i have no choice and i don't want to fail. i'm so sick of being chubby and staying motivated and on track makes me feel really good about myself because every day i do it i'm stronger, i have more energy, and i'm loosing a pound every day. i just really REALLY want this more than anything. that's motivating enough, right? and when i'm soo tired and i'm having a tough day, i email you and tell you to yell at me lol i can do the same for u if you want.

To keep encouraged, I constantly set apart particular occasions that I could write. I constantly write on Sunday mornings, while my spouse is at church and the condominium is quiet. I write different occasions too, however I constantly make it a factor to do Sunday mornings, in order that regardless of how distracted or stressful existence will get I am nonetheless making no less than a few development each and every week. Instead of constantly concentrating on the top target of having released, attempt to experience it slow writing. Put on a few well track. If you are now not within the temper for writing some thing new, take a look at reviewing and modifying alternatively. The extra you write, the greater you can get.

Get an exercise buddy. Find someone to do it with. This helped me lose a hundred pounds in about a year. Actually, they only walked/ran with me for about the first 2-3 months. By then, I could see and feel a difference and my body craved to be out in the fresh morning air and my muscles hurt whenever I took off a few days and then started again, so it benefited me to go every day. I also wrote on my desk calendar how many miles I put in each day. If I was lazy and only went one mile, the guilt made me go back to my original schedule of 3 miles in the a.m. and 3 miles in the p.m. I also quit red meat in favor of turkey.

A concrete vision of what you want to accomplish, exactly.
A picture or something... Your ideal end to all this. >> The inspiration.
There are thousands out there.
Also... think of it as a dare you're giving to yourself. There's just no turning back. You have to accomplish it. Period.
And.... be adventurous! ... Explore new programs and exercises. Routines/repetitive activities KILL motivation.

I work out with friends that help me stay on track and keep to the diet and/or exercise program.......or family would help too. you could also try buying a pair of pants or something and try your hardest to fit into them and work on that.......
