On of the man answere that Pakistan cant defeat even taliban, i want to inform him that he must study the history,
the afghan (taliban) has defeated british forces in 19th century
US forces with all modern technology are not able to defeat taliban.
India, pakistan and china must end the arm race

Pakistan and China are like buddies and of course all three countries have nuclear weapons. Pakistan can't even defeat the Taliban, so I doubt it could do much to India without nuclear weapons.

Seeing as both countries have the ultimate weapons already in there arsenals any more weapons purchases other than to replace old equipment would be pointless and would divert funds from other problems your country has such as poverty and the need for modern infrastructure.

arms races are never won but public opinion can easily be manipulated to allow fear to dominate. thus, the desire to always seem stronger.
