how do you tell a guy you love him like a bro ... but nothing more? there's this really cute guy thats keeps on asking me out and saying he loves me, i told him ive gotta boyfriend but he wont stop, i told him hes more like a brother to me and he said "i dont care just say you love me and go out with me, i dont bite, come on, please, we can make out even if you just say you love me" he keeps trying to hugs me from behind but under my shirt which is weird ... hes getting to be a pain in the a*s...what should i do?

In this situation all you can do is to be firm. Don't say or give him any signs that you are interested in him. So if you flirt with him - stop that because you are only giving him mixed signals. You should explain to him that doing that sort of stuff - ie hugs under your t-shirt is creeping you out a bit and that sort of thing is starting to put a strain on your friendship, and when he does do that tell him to stop in a firm voice - don't make a scene but let him know that he has overstepped the mark - but at the same time don't get too heavy with it.
Say to him he is sounding very needy and desparte and those are qualities that are not very attractive in a person. Don't give in to him - and perhaps you should put it to him that if he doesn't stop with all that stuff that it might be best that you stop being friends - extreme measures but it might make him think twice and re evaluate your friendship. To use the old cliche - you have to use tough love on him.
Oh what it is to be in demand - but the worst thing you could do is to lead him on - wether you are concious of it or not - look at what you say or do from his point of view there might be things that you say or do that might give him the impression that there is something there.
Or you could divert his attention else where and help him to find a girl friend - it could be he is confussing a friendship with something more because he is lonely - I admit i have done the same myself when I was younger.
If you do tell him to get lost - tell him in a way that you would want it to be done - repectful, friendly and most important of all honestly!

Threaten him with a sexual harassment suite. He's gone beyond just asking at this point and moved on to harassing. The only other thing to do is kick him one in the.... well, you know.

it won't hurt anything to go out on a date with him. Quit being so stuck up! You ain't all that you know. Be a human being and go out for a date or two.

yup! i dont know...b'cuz in one hand he actually loves and wants to be with you because HE ALREADY KNOWS YOU, but if you dont and wont...then tell him that "you started off as friends to be good friends and nothing more," tell him that he's confussing FRIENDSHIP with LOVE. tell him that "things were ment for you guys to 'fall in love'" tell him that "HE'S TOO LATE, YOU ALREADY have someone else" make it clear that your not interested.
