do you ever think that sleeping is too important to you? I love to take naps.... after working all week I love to nap on the weekend.. and sometime I schedule vacation days and stay home and sleep. I also find that it is so hard to get up in the morning... however I do like to stay up late.. does anyone one else absolutley love the feeling of laying down and knowing that you can just relax and fall asleep for a nap.

do you think that some people just love to sleep more than others.

I love to sleep. On my days off I like to be able to sleep until I want to wake up - I hate having to set an alarm. Sometimes, I even wake up, go online, run errands or whatever, and then go back to bed for a nap(the fact that my husband works nights and sleeps during the day doesn't help matters, because the longer I stay in bed the more I get to sleep with him).

There is nothing wrong with sleeping. After I get off work, I sleep from 4:30 - 7:00pm. I go back to bed around 10:00/10:30pm. Believe me I sleep hard the next 7-8 hours.

Lots of people love to sleep. So long as you feel rested when you wake up it's not a problem. If you still feel groggy after getting an adequate amount of sleep then you could have a sleeping disorder and just not be aware of it. They are very common and are getting more frequent the busier our lives get.

Never underestimate the benefits of a good power-nap! I average 6 hours per night, but I have a lot more afternoon/evening energy if I can kick back and snooze for 1/2 an hour in the early afternoon.
