I want to purpose to my girlfriend but I dont want it to be old fasion. Like hiding the ring in a cake or anything like that. But I want it to be so romantic that she wont be able to catch her breath for hours after.

Anything you do from the heart will be perfect! You don't have to make any huge gestures with signs and whatnot. My husband took me to the place we went on our first date. It was the aquarium, and he waited until they were about to close so there was no one else around, and we were sitting in our favorite spot. He told me to close my eyes, and when I opened them he was down on one knee with a ring. It was the most amazing moment of my whole life, because he was so thoughtful about how he did it, and he had been so careful to make sure that I would be surprised. She will love anything that you do, and it's awesome that you're putting thought and effort into your proposal! Congratulations!

Dont do the desert thing, that has been overdone. Same with the HUGE public displays.
BE YOURSELF! If she loves you ANY proposal you come up with will take her breath away!
Romantic Ideas:
Picnic in a park, have her unpack the basket and the ring is at the bottom
Sleigh Ride at night through a park, nice snuggly blanket, and just the two of you.
"Surprise" Ideas:
Picnic above would work here....
Have a party (you figure out the excuse) and have both friends and family there (yours and hers - and in on the surprise if they can keep their mouth shut) and propose there.... turn the party into a surprise engagement party.

Prearrange 2 things for a special day. 1 arrange it with a jewelry store that you're bringing your girl in to look at rings. Then let a trusted friend have your credit card number or a presigned check. Let the store clerk know that your friend will be in after the two of you leave.
2. Then set up a dinner or other occaision for later that evening where the two of you will be among people important to the two of you.
Then on that special day just go out with your girl banging around. "Find" your way to the store, and look around at ear rings, necklases, watches, etc. Sooner or later your girl will find her way by herself to the rings. Just join her and find out which one she likes. (that you can afford). Make sure the person you've previously arranged all this with is the one helping you so with a wink, or a prearranged phrase, you can communicate to him your friend will be in later to buy that ring for you. Then just say something like "That's nice" and walk out with your girl. Spend the rest of the day just banging around some more until it's time to go to the other occaision you've prearranged.
Somtime during this second occaision have your friend that bought the ring pass by you and slip the ring to you. (And the reciept) Now all you have to do is wait for the right moment, when you have everyone's attention, "Magically" produce the ring, take a knee, and say something like "I love you more than life itself. You make me the happiest man in the world just being by your side. Would you please marry me?"
I think that should to do the trick.

1st see if she really loves you and take her out to eat and stick the ring in her foo and soon as she pull it out say will you marry me or you can give her this poem and then ask her to marry you or you can go to a restroom and read the poem to her then ask

I do not know if there is anything like this in your town, but in my town we have an old movie theater with a marquee. If they have something like this where you live talk to the owners about using it, then go for a romantic walk and when you get to your sign (or when she sees it) get down on 1 knee and ask away.

Hmmmm I would recommend you to make a really big sign with the "will you marry me" phrase. Then take your girlfriend out parasailing, I think that's the sport where you are connected to the end of boat and hoisted up in the air in a parachute. Anyways, once you do that, have the sign laying somewhere where you guys can see it from above when parasailing. Its sort of non-traditional, but exciting at the same time.

take her some where with allot of people that you would normally go to and get her to go away for a minute or sneak away and get the place (like a mall or skating ring.)to use there intercom and tell her how much you love her an ask her if she will make you the happiest man in the world and marry you.
Its more special if she wont expect it

that's so sweet!!!! by the way it is propose not purpose! Lol i could suggest that you take her on a cruise and get down on one knee in front of everyone and propose to her and say somethings that are really sweet and loving. go on holiday to a waterfall like niagra falls and then propose there.
