We aren't going out, but doing the calling thing (he's at college), he knows that I like him (still can't figure out why that is). The thing that really just pissed me off is that he's not going to come back home (where I am) because there isn't enough to come back to for him to leave college (he's 5 hrs away and hates his parents). What do I say to that? (and don't say counterproductive comments, they are a waste of space)

There is not really much else you can do. Have you gone to visit him? Can he come and visit you? Maybe you can do it that way until you both fall i love. When you DO fall in love.....he won't think about NOT moving back, he'll want to do anything to be with you. HA!

Don't start bossing him around if you're not even dating yet. You have no right to have expectations about anything.

I think you should forget about him.. if he doesn't care enough about you to come back to you, it is deffanatly time to move on!! Good luck.
