I'm looking for bulk low velocity round for my Marlin 336, 30/30 rifle. What is the lowest recoil round I can buy, and where can I get them in bulk?

Getting different velocity vs. recoil is generally not possible. Typically a 170 grain bullet in 30/30 will have less velocity(2200 fps) vs. 150 (2390), but more recoil. You can get 125 grain bullets at 2570 fps and occasionally Remington makes accelerator rounds which is a .22 cal bullet fired from a 30/30 with a sabot. Horniday offers their new LEVERevolution Ammunition which is a 160 grain bullet with a polymer tip. I would look at cabelas, Midway, natchess, or sportmen's guide for best pricing in bulk.

I have found both 90 and 60 grain bullets for my Marlin 336. I used to use them for coyote hunting when I first started. They can be hard to find and possib;y you would need to order them from your local dealer. Good luck
