I think you should go to a dentist to make sure it's ok. It's normal that it's sore but you should get it checked if you're worried

Wisdom teeth can hurt like hell! Mine used to come through my gum then go back up again - honest!
If you think it is pushing another tooth out then go to the dentist and get an xray. You might save yourself some pain if they take the filling tooth out for you and give the wisdom one a free run. If you can feel it through your gum then try chewing apple on that bit and it will help push the tooth against the gum and help it break through. Hope this makes sense!!

The dull pain maybe a wisdom tooth. Often when a tooth is trying to grow through the flap of gum can become inflamed and thats the pain. It will not push the other tooth out. you may be catching food debris in the area and although it may feel initially painfull keep it as clean as poss by brushing really well in the area and flicking out the debris. Hot salt water swishing in the area will help.(half teaspoon salt/cooled boiled water)

It is probably your wisdom tooth trying to come through. The likelihood of it pushing your other tooth out is slim to none. If your wisdom tooth tries to come in and there is not enough room for it then it will become impacted. (which is extremely painful) You should get to a dentist right away and have the problem taken care of before it gets any wore. (and believe me...it will get worse)

A lot of people feel nothing (I didn't) but it can be incredibly painful. Check with your dentist - he may suggest having them taken out if they're pressing up against other teeth and possibly misarranging everything. It's usually a general anaesthetic job, but in my opinion toothache is one of the worst things ever.

Probably best you go to your dentist. Make sure it is a wisdom tooth and not another one. Check it out.

it can hurt to have them comming through yes but some times not as mine didn't and not everyone gets them these days as they are not needed any more. some people who have a small face can have a lot a trouble with not having enough room in there mouths and in that case they will have to be removed by your dentist. sorry....

I had 4 of them out at the same time, but before that, I really wanted to rip my teeth out with the annoying pain at the gums.
