RealTimeImage's iPacs viewer is (or at least used to be) free. You can get a free demo download of eFilm, which is the most widely used by physicians. It all depends on the format that you have the images in. Do you have a DICOM CD? Or something like that?

Usually, MRI scan CDs given to patient (or anybody) contains its own software to run that MRI.
If you are a patient, you can easily run it.
If you are a person who needs many of MRI scans from many patients to run on your PC, then,
Try E film free software.
In my experience, it doesn't work on many machine's MRI scans. So
Now, you can do
Collect such CDs from each scanner company e.g. philips Siemens etc. and then you can run all MRI from that machine.

You can view it using www.jackimaging.com/demo

If you insert your CD into the computer then drag and drop your files over to jackimaging.com/demo (using the Chrome browser). You can view your images instantly (and it's free).

If you want to upload them, you can create a free account. Once your files are uploaded, you can share them as well.
