I would like to scrapbook a shadow box for a gift. I need to know where to find a good quality shadow box at a low price, either on the internet or at a store.

you should be able to find a shadow box in a craft store. We have stores like Hobby Lobby

Depends where you are in the Country...
Christmas Tree Shops, Joann Fabrics, Michaels Crafts, any other craft store.....Walmart.....Home Depot, Lowes.......
