have any of you guys ever been with someone that you are in love with, but didn't call them your girlfriend? is it normal for guys to not want to date you, but spend almost everyday/night with you and say he loves you, but will not call you his girlfriend. i guess i don't get it will someone please explain this to me!

There are many good people to have friendship with and to pass time with, but we can't be dating all of them isn't it?. It requires something more than a good person, that may be attraction, sex appeal, honesty etc. etc.
At the same time, we don't openly say we love you, when we are in doubt, whether you will accept us or not. I do not know your case, but talk to him more and try to test his pulse. Good luck!
