I mostly listen to hip-hop and R&B, I wanted to see if anyone knows of good songs that r recent and good to work out to. Most of the questions that were asked before about this topic were like rock and metal stuff and I just dont like it. Thanks for ur input.

I like to buy the MTV compilations also...I know what you mean about wanting to get R&B and hip-hop...the faster pace actually raises my heart rate.

A few of the songs that I work out to regualry: (maria) - by Ricki Martin, (milkshake) - Kelis, (Why not) - Hillary Duff...I really like to mix it up and if your really feeling in the mood for something crazy try "Swing Music" to work out to.

Hip-hop is annoying. I wouldn't suggest listening to it.

Try DDR. (Dance Dance Revolution) It worked for the time I was able to play it. You've just got to be careful, as too much of the game you CAN hurt yourself.
