My freind introduced me to him and I met him in chicago 2 months ago. I am in san francisco. I ask him sometimes to come here and visit but he dont say any thing the only thing he will tell me that he can pay my ticket If I want to come. He also told me He's not ready for any comitment yet but he'll may be if we see each other again. He alos calls me a lot a lot during the day and tells me he likes me. When sometime I dont call him back he gets upset. He also ask me to come with him on the tour to london. I told him my family will not allow me to do that and you should comeover. I want to know what is in his mind?

If he's inviting you to join him on a tour to London, then he's definitely more than just flirting. If he's offering to pay for your air fare from San Fran to Chicago just in order to see you, you can bet he's pretty serious. On the other hand, there's something weird about him making that kind of an offer to someone who's young enough to still need parental approval. How old are you anyway?
Why won't he come and see you? Ask him! Maybe he's tied to a career that keeps him in Chicago, maybe he's nervous about meeting your parents. Maybe it's just a power thing, where he wants to set a precedent that you come to him instead of vice versa. I really can't tell.

He doesn't want to take time out of his life to travel to be with you, but if you want to give up that amount of time to travel to be with him, then that's fine with him. He will be travelling to london and thinks it would be a good idea for you to go with him. He's probably as interested in you as a guy can be for only meeting you once. What is on his mind?....same thing that's on just about every guys mind....how can I further the negotiation process in hopes of one day finding myself in her panties. LOL... it all starts with flirting, and becomes more serious with time and mutual interest. you've only met the guy once 2 months ago, I don't think it should be all that serious yet, and I don't think you should expect it to be. Just flirt back and don't over think it, you never know what the future holds.

Hes what you call an imbelisher of the truth. Call his bluff and say you will go. He is trying to impress you, he probably doesn't even have the money to buy his ticket much less yours lol. I bet he doesn't even go.
