How do I report an illegal alien in the USA?

This family that I know has come here illegally to the USA. They drain the services here by not paying taxes and enrolling all their kids in school. Some of those kids are mentally retarded so obviously the school district has to pay a lot to educate them. I tried looking through the INS website but it's very difficult to find what I need. Can you help by giving me a website where i can enter the information or a phone number to call??

I feel the agony you're going through...I live in TN and alot of illegal aliens come here bc its easy to get a drivers license in our state which is ridiculous. I tried to do some searching and all i could find was this...
Reporting Illegal Immigrants - please contact your local USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services) Office, formally known as the INS.

You would think that if they seriously wanted to work on this problem...they would give you a number. However, you could search through the phonebook to try and find the number or do an internet search on yahoo by typing in your city and state and ins dept. and that should bring something up. Good luck on your search and good job on helping rid the country of moochers.

I live in an apt complex and the owner was telling me that quite a few non english speaking hispanics will show up trying to rent an apt. She will ask for i.d. and many times it won't pan out - it will become obvious they are using a fake SS and DL. She says she will call the social security office to report it and they do nothing.

I wish I could help you on that one. However, I wanted to give you kudos for stepping up and realizing the need to report someone who is breaking the law. I will be watching this question with interest because we have a similar situation with our next door neighbors.

Your probably just wasting your time illegals have more rights than US citizens. You bringing attention to them will probably open the door for them to get more help from the govenment.

As I have mentioned many times before. ICE.... INS.... whatever they call themselves these days needs to be completely torn down and edified with specific departments with specific job details... They must be held accountable for their work ethics. You for example as a law abiding citizen (hopefully) do not have racist reasons for reporting someone does not even know who to report them too.... This bureaucratic monster of a department does not serve the Public in its work... nor does it serve its purpose in granting work permits for those who have applied.... what good are they? They have the attitude that I will get to them when I get to them not just to the people who they are supposed to serve .... but to the USA citizen who in essence supplies them with that paycheck that they do not earn..... Heads up...... Rebuilt this monster of a department while building this wall across the border.

How do you know they don't pay their taxes? Alot of mexicans pay taxes but cannot claim at the end of the year.

Why not worry about the American people that "drain the services" by welfare fraud, etc. and THEN worry about immigrants.
