Same thing happened to me, it depends on whether it is genetic or not, if it genetic you got a problem, i think their is very expensive medicine out their that could help reduce it, apparently their is a lot of fake stuff out their so beware ,and some others have side effects, as far as i went i did nothing, i learnt to accept it. Makes you a stronger person. But you should see a Doctor just in case it is not, you never know you may be lucky. And if it is genetic well then tell chicks you lost your hair because men who go bald have high levels of testosterone which makes them great lovers. It shows you got confidence in yourself even if you bald and chicks love confidence. Also by keeping short hair helps by making it not look that bad. Don`t try to hide it neither people love spotting this stuff and teasing you about it. If you don`t try and hide it people will you see you confident about it and won`t bother teasing you about it. Also learn to joke about it.

Do you have curly or straight? Long or Short? Thick or Thin? Do you color your hair? At any rate, if you have dandruff you should be using a medicated shampoo to get rid of it, because if you don't have a healthy scalp, you won't have healthy hair, try T-Gel by Nutrogena, they also have another shampoo for severe cases, and it works better then Head and Shoulders. Now for the falling out part......... Brushing the hair too often can make it fall out, but I can't really give you tips without knowing what type of hair you have. Best bet is to start with the dandruff problem, then work your way up to better styling products. Make sure you get your hair cut, it grows faster when you cut it and get rid of the dead ends, but with the info I'm going on, this is all the advice I can offer. Good LUCK! ♣

When you say falling out do you mean just when you brush it there is hair in the brush, or do you mean that you have small bald patches? If it is the latter, then you could have allopecia. It is usually caused by stress and is not helped by having hair extensions put in th hair. If you think this could be the case, go to your doctor who can refer you to a specialist. It will usually grow back but can take at least six months. If you want to take something to help, then ask the advise of your local health food shop - I believe Kelp is said to help. Also possibly the henna is not a good idea - maybe you are using it too often.
Good luck and don't worry.

Your hair is in trouble because of the henna. It is one of the MOST damaging chemicals to use on your hair even though it is a natural dye. Stop while you are ahead. Try a good dandruff shampoo and quit with the henna. Good luck!

You say you have dandruff, it could be scale build up of shampoo to your scalp. Stop adding anything to your hair and try Nioxin. You can only buy it in a reputable hair salon, it is a treatment to restore the blood flow to the hair follicle that have been deprived from long exposure to shampoo. Also go to a doctor and or a Dermatologist for their opinion as well.

you can try to apply this :
1 teaspoon of vinegar
2 teaspoon of salt
1 glass of water
mixed them all.

Before you wash your hair, apply it all over your scalp, massage for a while. Wait 1 - 2 minutes. Rinse out with water and then you can continue to wash your hair using shampoo as usual. You need to do this in routine to get the result.

Last time, my hair suddenly fell a lot, which it never happened to me before... it was really a lot, like I'm going to lost all my hair in 1 month if it continues fall down in that way... but thanks God I got this formula, it really works! But don't expect you will see the result after 2 or 3 times of application, i spend at least 3 months to be cured. So be patient... and Good Luck!

I don't really know if there is anything that "really" works for hair loss. My husband is 47 & he is bald (male pattern baldness). Balding is inherited from the mother's side of the family. My husband began going bald in his late twenties, early thirties. My cousin on my mom's side started balding in his late twenties & just decided to start shaving his head. Anyway, I guess you could talk to your doctor, but???
As for the dandruff, I suggest Head & Shoulders shampoo. With out treating it with medicated shampoo made for dandruff I don't think you will be able to get rid of it. Or, it may one be dry scalp. In that case, try Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp shampoo.
Good Luck!! As for the baldness, don't worry about it. Like I have always told my husband, we ALL have things about ourselves that we don't like. It's not like you chose it or did it on purpose, so DON'T worry about it. At the office he can't & doesn't wear a hat or anything, but when not at work, he is usually wearing a baseball cap.

Shampoo or massages will not help. The only way to prevent hair loss permanently is to carry out a hair transplant procedure, which is done in 2 or 3 hours. Check out http://www.surgeryabroadguide.com for more information. Hope it helps!

Apply a paste of hot olive oil, honey, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder before bath and keep for 15 minutes.
Apply a mixture of Aloe Vera with herbal powder triphala to the hair for a period of three to six months. It will result in growth of new hair.
Apply juice of coriander leaves on the head.

You should have a medical checkup. If you are diagnosed as suffering from early onset of male pattern baldness then you could try a natural hair loss range like Nisim to prevent any further hair loss.
