But I think he is gay. He doesn't look gay but he is really upbeat and happy all the time, and he likes to go to the mall. He's to good to be true.

he might not be gay, give him a chance. but it sounds to me like he is not looking for a serious relationship. that may appeal to you though, so if thats your style, then go with it. but if not. tell him that your not interested, im sure he will understand.
