Yes, Most likely.

When giving your blood for any sort of test, you will be presented with a consent form which will state you are freely giving your blood; what the testing agency will do with your blood; and what they will be testing for.

You should definately ask this question. They need your consent to test.

Unfortunately, the drug test may a mandatory thing they will test for - and you may not be able to tell them to test for one thing, but not another.

they may well do depending on the reason you lost it in the first place. if you would state which substance you are worried about been found in a test i might be able to help as i have to take regular tests in my job, but have certain ways of passing them without been caught
