SSOOO, there's a guy u like and YOU want to ask him out. You don't know how your going to do it. You don't know if he likes and is attracted to you? Is that it? How does he treat you when u talk to him? Does he look at look or does he look away? Does he want to continue the conversation with you, or just hurry's off?
Answer those questions, then you'll know.

Ask him, "If I told you you had a nice body, would you hold it against me?" : ) If he says yes, then tell him you think he does, and if he doesn't do it, ask him, "Well, what are you waiting for?" He'll get the picture, and you'll know your answer.
