She has actually done this few times now, she gets up an acts like she can't use her left front leg, she sticks it out almost to the side like its disslocated or something. Then she lays down for a while, gets up tests it out and before you know it she running around like nothing ever happened. I'd take her to the vet, probably will anyway, but by the time i call and get around shes always running around again. Has anyone ever seen this behavior before?

My beardie who had arthritis was on Rimadyl for years, and was totally pain free; however, some dogs have serious reactions to this medication. You really need to talk to your vet to get something to keep your girl out of pain.

it could be arthritis or just where she injured it and sometimes it gives her trouble just tell the vet next time you take her in for a check up

If it is old age there is not much you can do - beside's a proper diet and exercise. also try shark cartridge - once a day tablet. This is good for a dog at any age - but recommended when older.

My first horse would limp when she didn't want to go out!(haha) But, if your pooch keeps it up it might be the sign of something bothering her. You might also consider starting her on joint aid like Cosequin. Good luck!

IT SOUNDS LIKE ARTHIRITIS. AS A QUALIFIED VET, I STRONGLY ADVISE GETTING HER CHECKED OUT. GOOD LUCK!
