Yes, like all genital peircingsi it does hurt, but in general they heal fast. The guys I know that have them love them. So do their intimate friends.
They do have problems with zippers... and air port security.

I cant tell you from MY expierence as I am a female but I was with a guy and watched as he had his done, he barely even flinched, he said the cathater they have to insert (which is very small) hurt the most, the actual piercing didnt bother him, although they do tend to bleed quite a bit,, I'll put it like this for the pain he had it done I had a VCH done and we left the salon and went straight to party on Burbon Street~

The needle did not hurt much (imagine getting a shot). But, the jewelry going through was a bit tricky. Healing was not bad.

You're kidding, right? It hurts a lot! Not as much when it is actually being done as for like the next week. Soooo much pain.

depends on who u ask i watched my boyfriend pierce his 6 times in less than 10 min he didnt even make a face
