I would say every 2 days. Also, make sure the bag is clean or empty out the "bagless" container.

Its said that you should vaccum once a week for every person in your household. In your case, that would be 3 times a week. However, try other things. Do you have any pets? If so, pet dander can be your issue. Try changing the filter on the air intake to your furnace and/or air conditioner. Perhaps even a new vaccum. Do the cheap things first and work your way up, eliminating the possible causes.

Perhaps its the vaccum not the vaccuming. Unless you have a sweeper with a hepa filter you may be stirring up more dust than you sre vaccuming up. They could have seasonal allergies not related to your housework. Tree pollon or ragweed, or a cleaning agent you use in the house. Allergy testing is now by a blood test and so much easier than those old scratch tests. If you have good medical insurance call a doctor about testing them. Life will be easier when you know what they are allergic to.

For the existence of your carpet, vaccum as quickly as a week for each guy or woman dwelling in the homestead. If there are purely 2 people, two times a week is excellent for the existence of the carpet. you are able to consistently do a rapid vaccum in case you have visitors coming and you spot somewhat dirt or something.

Vacuuming may not be the answer to your family's sneezing. Perhaps their sneezing is caused by something else, such as pollen, animal dander, or fungi. Some good things to try are an air filter (for your air conditioner) or an air purifier (a stand-alone that filters the air). These can be found at your local home improvement store. If your family's sneezing doesn't improve, you may need to consult your doctor for allergy medication.

Twice a week unless you have a cat or dog, then I would vacuum every day. Are you sure its the dust they're allergic too?
Maybe its something else. If they sneeze all the time they should be checked by a doctor and have an allergy tests done.

Too much vaccuming isn't good because the dust is released again in smaller and finer particles, that certainly pollutes the air.I am planning to buy JIF mopp.I think that is affective and more handy. Most of all,the kids can help.

vaccuming every 3-4 days is pretty diligent, if that doesn't stop them from sneezing, then you need to get one of those air purifier, like Ionic Breeze or some knock-off brands that work just as well.

Every 3-4days should be plenty of vacuuming.
Try an Ionic Pro air purifier.
It's one of things with the long metal plates in it.
The ymay need to go see an allergist and get the tests done to see what they are allergic to. Then they can get an annual shot to block it. You might also try antihistamine tablets.

The fall seaon is horrible for allergies with high levels of molds and pollens in the air.

Well if 3-4 days isn't enough then I would suggest 1-2 days. Also you make check your heat/air conditioning vents and filter to see if it needs to be changes (if you have one). Another issue could be mold, you might want to check the basement or any other areas for leaks or wet spots.

Vaccum every day especially if you have animals. Your children might be having allergic reactions to animals or dust in your home. You might also check the pollen counts in your area to see if that might be causing it. Here is a website that you can check for local pollen levels. http://www.pollen.com/Pollen.com.asp
