Since nicotine is not a disease, there is no cure. The antidote, I learned in a history class, can be found in chewing gum. The main component in gum, chickle, has been found to be the antidote. And we thought chewing gum was just to keep us busy and not think of having a smoke.
I have recently quit smoking doing nothing but chewing gum. Haven't had a smoke in a month and those folks I know who still smoke are really starting to stink; just the smell of a cigarette is nauseating.
Good luck and I hope you are successful, if you smoke. If not, I hope those you know can quit.

No cure because as stated above it is not a disease. When you stop using it (in all forms) your body goes through withdrawal just like many other drugs. You body should clear it from your system in 72 to 96 hours.
Unfortunately, that is only physical side of the equation. If you are trying to stop smoking the physiological side is the biggest problem. Good Luck!

Nicotine is a chemical found in cigarettes. It's very addictive and hard to quit. I don't really understand what you mean by a "cure", because it's a chemical, not a disease!!! But it will cause many diseases
