i recentlly got out of a serious 5 year relationship and quickly moved into another witch i soon discovered was the man of my dreams. with in 1 month I was madly in love. we began talking about marrige, and moved in together. right now its only been 3 months and i feel like ive known him forever and i know i want to spend the rest of my life with him. but people keep telling me its too soon, and i need to take some time to get over my past relationship, and spend more time getting to know my new love. Im going to do what i feel in my heart but i wanted to know what others veiw the situation!

Hmmm sounds familiar. I too went into a relationship quickly and we are getting married in May 2007. We have been living together now for about 5 months and dated for 3 months prior. Some people just chlick right away. If you feel it then it is right. These other people are not living your live as long as he compliments your live and not completes it then I say Great and Good luck.

right now it is too soon. you know why because at this point you could be hurt by you five year relationship and when you are hurt you feel more vernable. when a woman feel vernable she does the most outrangeous things. pay attention to when you are hurt and what you do when you are hurt. I know when i iam hurt i fall in love quicker i do thing to avoid the feelings i had for the other person wheather it was good or bad. the new relationship will need sometime because for one the person you are with now could be just pretenting who know, and after a while you will see their true self. guys lie to get what they want people lie by use what they got to get what they want and who know this person could be just using you. find out more about them like what do they do when they are not with you? how long do the work in a day? what are the things that irritate you about this person and do you think you can tolerate those things for the rest of your life. love can be difined in different way you can love this person from a far, you can love this person for who they are, you can love this person for all the wrong reasons, you can love this person for all the good sex, you can love this person because of a good job and the way you think they can take care of you but will that last.

u said u moved into another relationship quickly...how quick was it? do u ever think of ur ex and how things would be goin? i say u should take some more time to think about ur decision b/c u know how u feel now, but u dont know how u will be feeliing later on in ur relationship...my ex tried to come back after her 2-2.5 yr relationship started to have problems. i told her off b/c i didnt wanna get played again.she had jumped into her current relationship.

if you really want to spend the rest of your life with him, whats the rush..you have the rest of your life..take is slow..you can enjoy it more..i have been with my fiance for 5 years and we have a son thats 2..i knew from the first time that he walked into my friends house that he was the one i was gonna marry and have children with...looking back im glad we took our time..i wanted to jump into the relationship because of my past issues and insecurites but he wanted to take things slow and we did..5 years later seems like 10 and with anything good you want it to last longer..

Do not rush into marriage or anything yet. You need to get to know this person first. That is why there is alot of divorces these days because people rush into marriage and then realize it was just lust and not love.

you should wait at least a year , your feeling may change after a while, better to wait untill you know its for real and not just one infatuation
