I am always getting sick and people always say to drink a lot of fluids. Does that really help you get better?

Water is the only means by which nutrients can be transported around your body. As already stated, it also is the only way toxins and other garbage such as fat cells can be flushed through.

proper water intake needs to comprise bottled still mineral water at a rate of at least 2 litres per day for an adult. Anyone who tells you bottled water is a hype has no idea what they are talking about. Um, no I don't work for a bottled water company LOL.

What really helps you "get better" and fight disease is the introduction of a few complex carbohydrates into your system. It works, otherwise there wouldn't be 350,000 scientific papers written in its acclaim in the last ten years.

Take care.

Yes. Drinking water helps to clear out your lymph system - this is the drainage system for the body. Drinking water flushes out toxins and other bad things. Also, hydration is important for helping your body to fight illness when you do get sick. Often, if you are dehydrated when you are sick you get worse - and develop a fever.
