Maybe he'd like a 'camelback'...it's like a backpack that holds water with a long tube to drink from.....i'm sure you could find one on a hiking store type website....good luck..happy b-day to dad!

you can get him those little balls that make your shoes smell better. I got them one year for christmas for my sneakers when I was done at the gym from my parents and they're great....
