there is a girl in my class who is averagely beautiful...she sits next to me but i havent even talked to her or opened my mouth in that class either.....does she think that i am a jerk ..........and how should i ask her out

She doesn't know you so the thought of you being a jerk hasn't crossed her mind at all. How about you start by saying Hi, then maybe some interesting small talk (world events is a good one) once you have that started maybe ask her if she wants to meet somewhere after class for a cup of coffee. The rest should fall into place if it is meant to be.
