My favorite is doggystyle!
I also love cowgirl and reverse cowgirl even if they require more effort on my part! Spoon is nice too, and when I'm in top form, piledriver is a fun ride too!
How to work it? Hard and fast most of the time, but slow & intense is wild too!

The best position is to be honest, responsible, reliable,caring, not in to drugs, or alcohol, or smothering or ,power trips. and the best way to work it is to practise every day
