How can we give people more jobs, better jobs and at the same time give them as much religious freedom as possible?

How could people get more job opportunity and at the same time get them as much religious freedom as possible?

People need employment, but how is that affecting their hopes, plans, aspirations and dreams in regards to spiritual/religious life? How can employment harmonize better with our spiritual life?

I guess everyone is so depressed about their employment that they can't answer this simple question.

Churches could hire millions of people to dust pews, ring bells, clean out the holy water fonts, polish crosses, etc. ;-)
