You can apply for section 8 services by contacting what ever agency (Health an Human Services, sometimes City Welfare) holds the service. Sometimes its easier to call helpline for your local area. Another way to do it is call housing developments (projects) and see what ones offer the section 8 with the individual units. This way you have less applying to do.
