Of course. One of the biggest changes that I have found, other than the 110 pound weight loss, is that I do not feel as bloated during my periods, because the soda - diet or not- makes you retain water! Also the carbonation in the soda dioxiginizes the blood...you will breathe easier without soda, won't fatigue as quickly. The fat and general crap - the processed foods are just weighing you down mentally and physically.

I used to eat a lot of junk food and drink a lot of soda and I was always breaking out. Then I changed my eating habits and cut out soda and junk food and yes my complexion did get a lot better and I was breaking out a lot less often.

Yes it will, unless you take it out of your diet so you can wash your face with it. That will make it likely worse.
I think it will make your mood much worse. You need to replace it with exercise and give it time. You think PMS is bad? Try coming off soda and junk food.

Um, DUH! it will improve all three greatly. No soda, no junk food. and try to reduce the amount of bread/pasta and sweets that you eat because foods with white flour and carbs will cause mood swings. getting rid of greesy, fatty foods and sweets should reduce acne. drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits and veggies. protein is good too. so if you are thinking of cheetos ask a snack, reach for beef jerky instead. (although going for a grilled chicken would be best. but i am trying to offer you a junk food replacement)

Junk food doesn't cause acne!!! Horomones and stress cause it. Also if you drink at least 2 sodas a day every day you are probably going to go through caffine withdrawls if you stop drinking it. You will get headaches and be extremely irratable.

Overall mood, probably not. I met hundreds of kids in my highschool who ate nothing but junkfood all day and they were skinny with perfect skin, while I was chunky and had zits and ate a healthy diet with lots of veggies, zero junkfood and hardly any coke. It's all in your genes. They had a tendency to go crazy with allergies, colds, depresion and low self steem, where I hardly had a cold. What I realized was that I ate a lot more proteins and milk, which bulked me up and caused me to have all sorts of foreign hormones in my body, making my teenage's already messed up hormones go even crazier. Junk food only added colorants, flavorings and sugar to their diets, where I was messing with hormones and putting more energy than I could burn in my body.

wazz up whant you are doing buy cutting of the junk food is good so you wont gain weith more because the more you eat the more you gain weith and all the people will make fun of you because your gaining more weith girl so the helps to the weith and if helps you loose weith and improve your biet
