No they don't. If you use the car for private use and you pay tax on it then you might be able to persuade them to supply you one with air conditioning as an extra (although you may pay tax for it).

no, they're usually the cheapest cars that the company can afford, The more important you are, the better the car and more likely to have air con!!!
