my hair reaches to the bottom of my shoulderblades, should i grow it any longer or have it cut??

If you are happy with your hair then leave it as it is. However, you don't sound too sure. I might sound dreadfully old fashioned but, some employers for example prefer shorter hair as it looks neater. I have medium length hair and I know what it can be like to keep it tidy-- a ruddy nuisance at times!!
Do what you feel happiest with and good luck with getting out the tangles! ouch lol.

No one should tell you how you should wear your hair...If you think you look good, whether it's long or short, doesn't matter..It's important that you feel good about yourself so wear your hair the way you want to.
