30 minutes a day 3 times a week is the bare minimum if you have a healthy diet.

I used to train 93 woman a week at a fancy health club: All the pro athletes would drop their wives and g/f's off to be trained while they go play and shop: The routine was simple: 13-19 minutes with no rest. Its a constant movement w/whatever you choose to do. Even if you do pushups, flutter kicks, and jumping jacks, rest for 30 sec and re-do it again for maybe 13-19 minutes of that, you will feel like you ran up 300 flights of stairs when your done. I used to teach people 1 word. Its HOW you train that will get you lean. Remember this ok: This skin only comes from HOW u eat. The thinner the skin, the tighter you become overall, thats when you look in shape. U see these guys in the gym that are large and strong ( they workout differently ) their goals are diff then your's. Speed wins. 3 days in a row at 13 minutes in your living room of calhistatics and your golden.

I'd say at least 3 to 4 days a week for 1 hr and out of those 4 days ate least 2 days of weight training.
