Ive heard of some girls that can...like in a magazine interview gwen stefani from no doubt said that being on tour with a band of guys she learned to do this, but thats definitely not the norm.

yes i have done it but it is hard the one i used was really high so it was really hard to use but we did not have time for the whole company to use the bathroom so i jumped the line and used the urinal. the bathrooms with never change because it is very un-sanitary it is much easer to just squat or hover over a seat

Personally, I wouldn't use a urinal, even with the "magic cone".
There are already unisex public restrooms. I don't know how common they are, but they are out there.

I saw this thing on t.v. (not making this up) it was a tube with a funnel on the end of it and it was the woman urinal but i dont think it would be a successful product

Gross. Urinal's have pee all over them. I wouldn't sit on one. I surely hope not, men are stinky.

i did it once because the womans bathroom was locked... it CAN be done and it was easy.... just make sure to keep toilet paper in you hand :)
