I would say no don't give your cat anything that your vet doesn't approve first. Probably your cat won't need anything anyway. Tho, you may want to clean up the cuts and stuff on your cat so they do not get infected.

NO!!!!
Asprin, motrin or tylenol will kill your cat.
Cat's do not process drugs the same way as humans do.
If you have a fight injury, it's a good idea to take your cat to the vet, so those bite wounds can be cleaned, and antibiotics can be given to prevent an abcess from forming.
In the mean time, if you want to make that leg feel a little better, you can 'hot pack ' it- which means to take a washcloth, soak it in very warm water, and hold it against the wounds in your cats leg. The washcloth should not burn your bare hands, but should be warm.
Put a call into your vet too, please.

Always check with your veterinarian before giving any medication to your pet. Many medications available for human use are dangerous to pets. The (Nonsteroidal Anti-inflammatory Drugs) NSAIDs are an example of this especially in cats. NSAIDs decrease production of substances that protect the stomach and GI tract from the acid and reduces blood flow to the area. This can cause ulceration and perforation of the stomach or intestines. NSAIDs also decrease the blood flow to the kidneys causing damage and renal failure. Phenylbutazone may also cause liver damage.
You can give aspirin but I would do this under a vets care, as if you are wrong with the dosage you could harm him

No,both can be toxic to cats, and acetaminophen(paracetamol)is deadly.Take him to the vet if you can(if you get him neutered,it will stop or at least greatly decrease the fighting),he'll probably need antibiotics. If you can't afford a vet, then clean the wound with peroxide, and apply a triple antibiotic ointment(like Neosporin).Do this morning and night, and try to keep him indoors,at least until it heals.

Aspirin is very poisonous to cats but works as a good pain reliever for dogs.
Take your cat to the vet to get it's leg checked out.You owe it to your cat.veterinarian

Clean the wound, but no to any medications that are intended for humans. They can be fatal.
