Stress and hormone changes are big factors in loss of hair. Sometimes I think if I run the brush through my hair one more time I will be bald, but that has never happened. I am prone to hair loss due to stress and have lost my fair share of it, but low and behold I still have very long curly hair. If you have a hair stylist that you trust, pick her brain about it. If you are still uncomfortable with the hair loss then talk to your Physician and see what he/she suggests. Good Luck.
By the way your not even close to getting old.

Molting, nerves, lack of vitamins for a long period, stress, or age. I have so much hair, I could give 1/3 of my hair away and still have plenty. I remember about 10 years ago that happened and I still have my hair. It was mostly stress and probably not eating right. Get your rest and eat properly. If it still is occurring then see a doctor.
Good luck

That depends... If you use hairspry or moose that will alway make you hair fall off with ease... As the weather is changing that to can cause you hair to fall out... You start taking showers w/warm water, that opens up your pores so when you brush your hair its EZ for the hair to come out...

Mix equal amount of warm castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week.
Make a hair pack by mixing amla (Indian goose berry) powder with one egg. Apply it to your hair and leave for half an hour. Wash hair.
Grind lime seeds and black pepper in equal number in some water and apply on the scalp regularly.

Are you a guy or girl? Your hair can fall out for a number of reasons...
Stress, bad nutrition (eat right!), hereditary, or some sort of disease or sickness. Have a doctor check you out if you are too young or if baldness does not run in your family.

Some times when you're under a lot of stress this can cause tension on your hair which could cause breakage. It would be best to consult a doctor first.

You are supposed to loose up to 100 strands of hair a day. If it appears that you are loosing more than that then please reflect on any changes in your diet, or medication you are taking. These factors could cause hair loss.
