Is it normal for one hand to be ice cold while the other hand is normal. My right hand keeps turning ice cold, different times of day, comes and goes. I have pain in my fingers, hand and arm. I have gotten needles and tingling in my hand also.

But the question is, is it normal for your hands to be different temperatures?

you should check the vascularity of your right hand cause any compression in the course of the blood vessels will cause such problem ....based on what you said i suggest you to do investigation to the subclavian and axillary vesseles of your right limb
cause what you said is signs of ischemia
hope i helped..wish you health :)

Sounds like you may have a circulation problem in one of your hands.
