I think the boy I really like, likes me back. However I sometimes think that If he meets a girl I know, he will like her more. I sometimes think that she is more suited for him than I am and think that their characters are more alike. I know for sure that she will like him and try to draw his attention(she is very flirty with the boys). What if they are really suited for each other? What shall I do? Shall I introduce them to one another or keep him away from her?I really have a problem because it is not often that I like someone that much. Furthermore, I don't really believe she deserves him and that is why it will hurt me so much if he does like her. On the other hand, I dont want to live with this fear forever.

i would use introducing guys to her as a test to see whether they're really into me or not!

defiantely introduce them... if the butt-head actually likes the man-eater let them have fun together (and sit back and laugh when HIS heart is broken) and find yourself a good man

The answer is simple.
Go with the flow and introduce him to your friend as normal. If within few minutes both of them show the 'sign' then you will know he is not worth your time and attention. Better now then later.
However, you also need to feel secure about yourself too first. Find a man that like you for the way you are. Not a player. To notice whether a man is a player or not by looking at his behaviour in public and around your girl friends. If he maintain eye contact and stare at others girl pass by for too long, then you know. However, there is a classy guy who probably worth loving!
Goodluck.

Geez. you've got issues. You're thinking about introducing a guy that you like to a 'man-eater who doesn't deserve him' in order to perpetuate your own cycle of low self-esteem.

Just ask him out on a date. How do you know what he thinks about you, unless you ask him?

Dating is not rocket science, people...

aww it's okay. jealousy is natural. i was in that stage once. you won't live with it forever unless you are one of those people who likes to hold regrets and grudges. if they end up liking each other that is all them. don't get so tied up in your emotions that it ends up hurting your feelings over something as silly as liking a boy. there are more to come. and if your friend keeps taking the boy you like away then she is not a friend at all.

shame, i remember being in situations like that, its cruel. there will always be a more pretty girl, its your personality that has to catch him. its hard, youll just have to see what happens, if you see this girl often the youll run into her sooner or later, just as well introduce them, if you dont see her often, stay away, get this guy to know you and like you then you can introduce them.

I say keep them apart for now. Take some time to let the guy get to know YOU! And really, if you have a friend you have to worry about like that, she really isnt a friend. Period.

Well if you do introduce them to each other and they hit it off then it wasnt ment to be for you and him.....plus if she is such a great friend and you tell her you like him then maybe she would back off and then yall can get closer....i would suggest that you tell her and she goes after him anyways find a new friend...cause friends just do that to each other.

Why don't you wait until your relationship with this guy has some time to grow. When you are more sure about him, then introduce him to your friend.
