I am currently in high school and was thinking whether is worth for my family to invest 120K to obtain the Canadian PR especially for me. As I will be paying local tuiton fees and I also plan on opening a small business there. Plus I will be a Canadian citizen in 3 yrs. Though I plan on moving to the US after studies.

Edit: I currently live in a developing country, Sri Lanka, the situation is not that good here.

Contact the Canadian Embassy in Sri Lanka and look into getting a student visa. I'm not 100 % sure, but I don't think you need to invest money to come here as a student.

You must be too young to immigrate to Canada. You have to be 18 to apply. You CANNOT immigrate to Canada and move to the USA.
You can get more information about immigrating to Canada from this official government site.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.html
If you are qualified to immigrate, download the appropriate form, fill it out and mail that in to the closest Canadian Embassy, High Commission or Consulate. You can then use the same site to follow the progress of your application. There is an official call centre where an prospective immigrant can get information on immigrating to Canada.

Canada does no longer have a "eco-friendly card". They call it an eternal resident card even with if the time period is "landed immigrant". even with in case you want to understand that your everlasting resident card does no longer aid you get entry to into the U. S.. in case you want to visit the U. S., you should practice for a visa (searching on which united states you come back from) the thanks to receive your eco-friendly card?? a million.sponsorship of an instantaneous friend (mom, father, brother, sister or legal figure) 2. eco-friendly Card lottery which i believe Canadians are ineligible for (no longer particular about Canadian PR) 3. Sponsorship through a US employer with ideal documentation and criteria (BA degree or liscence...and so on....) 4. Marriage to a US citizen or everlasting resident. (even with if in case you marry a PR, it is going to likely be a lengthy wait time that you'll be able to receive your eco-friendly card)

what are you investing $120,000 for? What/who does the cost go to? Where did you get that amount? Why don't you just apply for a student visa? Canada doesn't have a Greed Card system.
I don't really understand what you are asking. Do you want to know how to do it, or whether you should move here? Can't you just move to the US and skip the trouble?

You have gotten into Bad Company with a Con Artist - report him to the Authorities Immediately.
If you want to come to Canada - you, yourself, go to the Canadian Embassy and get the facts - they will not charge you anything.
