They're all pretty much the same thing. If you really think you need it, buy a pack of dried milk powder and some Nesquick. Add two table spoons of dried milk powder per pint of milk in a glass and you've got pretty much the same thing for about thirty quid less.

Of course, if you are not deficient in protein, scoffing loads of the stuff is not going to help you build muscle. The human body can only synthesize so much in one go - the rest comes out the other end. I can think of more entertaining (and better tasting) ways to pee my cash away. Of course, the bodybuilding magazines will tell you different - but then look at who does all their advertising... it's not rocket science, is it?

Any whey protein is good in general for putting bulk on, but should not be seen as the be all and end all. You still need to pump pretty serious weights at least 4 times per week otherwise all the weight gain will go on your belly and not to the muscles.

Dont know the specific make, but buy a small pack and test it out!! You should give it at least a month before looking for results, and by that time the tub will probably be nearly finished so you wont be throwing too much away if the results arent what you want!!

There are "bargain basement" protein powders, and then there are deluxe powders.

Whatever you consider buying, read the label carefully. Some of them are high in cholesterol -- especially EAS. It is very high. If you have a health store around, ask there as to what they recommend. Some of the higher priced powders mix better. The cheaper ones sometimes clump up and don't dissolve all that well. You should be able to find a medium-priced protein powder that suits your needs. It is always cheaper in the larger containers. I buy the 5 pound tubs and that lasts me a couple of months.

As for the Body for Life one, I don't know about it. Anything with "ISO" or "isolates" on the label is usually a good one.

Whey protein has a great style of amino acids. They reason your pituitary gland to offer extra growth hormone, and you start to sense youthful and energized. it rather is great stuff for athletes. It you're taking it the whole life, you will seem 40 5 years previous once you're sixty 5 years previous. Sorry, yet i don't understand the version between isolate and generic. i purchase mine from GNC and function a fabulous chocolate milkshake common. surely, i've got not achieved that for some months, yet i love to do it and could back earlier too long.

Whey protein,is whey protein. Its all made from cows milk. What might make the different brands different from one another is the additives if any.

I use Precision Engineered whey, and get it at Vitamin World. 15 usd for one and half of the second one, 41 servings, total of 32oz. It's pretty decent and low in calories. Mixes decently. The taste is very smooth too, compared to other brands I've tried.
