Please tell me what I can do to get a plump bottem. I have photo shoot in two weeks and I need to get my curves just right. I know that squats will work but what are some other things I can do to get my J LO booty going?????? Serious advice only please!!!!

Also is there a certain type of food that goes straight to your rear???? Let me know I need some.

This could be hard to acheive in such a short time,you must have a fast motabilism,you have to be carefull as to much excerise will wear off the curves you want,fatty foods can do the trick but you need to make sure you target the area's that you don't want it to go to eg. the stomach and face,meanwhile you also have to do excirsise on a daily basis after you acheive this goal to make sure it stays firm and doesn't go saggy on you.
But also unfortuintly you may just have small hips that cannot pull this kind of thing off,I woulld go into detail on that but I'm sure you know what I mean.

Hi there.
Sorry to tell you there is no food that goes straight to your rear. That is just a genetic inherited trait. Short of going to the gym and trying to build muscle to build your backside, there are padded undergarments you can buy to give the appearance of a rounded behind.
Check it out in a department store.

Hold 10 to 12 pound weights and do lunges

do 50 minutes of elliptical

do a lot of leg press

squats are good too but if you want a hard butt you have to do weights.

Squats will help, but you won't get the results your looking for in only 2 weeks.

im sorry but white girls with *** is pretty rare the only ones who seem to get them is blacks and latins. maybe ur one of the unlucky blacks or latins but whatever the case may be good luck lol

2 dozen Krispy Kreme dough nuts per day...They also have prosthetic butts. They fit in the hips and rear areas. Good luck. May I see the finished product please. Thanks in advance.
