You mean to say "Fully CONFIDENT", anyways. Start by asking yourself what are you so "doubtful" about on whatever subject, then think if someone else felt that same way about themselves, what would you tell them. NOW, tell that to yourself, whatever it is that you come up with. You'll find out that 99% of the stuff is just in your head, the other 1% you can conquer by working on it on your own the same way you'd suggest anyone else should physically work on their own problems. EVERYONE in the world has problems, most of them are just in their heads.

Fully confidence ?? I dont know but there are ways to make you cnfident.

* For a start keep your targets very reachable.In due course of time you will be confident enough to achieve the hard ones also. Like the video games where the next level is always tougher. Remember... When the GOING gets tough, TOUGH gets Going.

* Try to get motivation from the successful men. Read some motivational books.

* Always look at the better side of negativity. Once your attitude becomes positive THE FEAR OF FAILURE is gone and you will always feel confident.

* Make it a habbit to be a winner.

* Do your job with enthusiasm.

* Enjoy you work.

I donot know your age. anyway the first step to confidence is to accept yourself as you are ---- with all your warts. secondly even if people around you are not giving importance to you it is because you are allowing them to do so.
accept the situation you are in [whether pleasent or not] and try to evaluate the same.
donot compare yourself with others .
finally trust God .He knows and has placed you in the situation for a purpose.
also concentrate on your plus points.....to know your good points interview those around you with the following questions....1] what
are the things you can depend on me for? 2] what are the +te things in me. 3] what are the things you cannot depend on me .
after getting a feedback your confidence levels will increase. remember there can be only one person like you in this world so you are special. good luck
