I don't know what neutralize it in that content means but, go through everything in your room. stuff toys if you have any. A pin hole in the wall or ceiling. It could be in your radio or TV. Really it could be anywhere. But for now just look at the small objects in your room, because if they put a camera in your room it likely to be where you least expect. Look at all your walls and if ceiling light look there to. It could be right in front of you, but since you might had had that object for a long time, you might think is not there. This is not a game, now a days a lot of people do this since the cameras are so small. Good luck.

If you neutalize it, they'll just plant another only hidden better. It's much better to not let on you know what they are doing, and BE CAREFUL what you say and do in there.

Cameras are pretty easy to find, if you think about it, there are only so many places where they can place a camera to cover the entire room even with a wide angle lens.

If there is something that is interesting , going on in that room, with or without your presence, then you will know when the camera pictures are released at the appropriate medium...newspaper, TV, . If it has been installed for some other purpose also you will know sooner or later, donot worry.

if I were you I will sleep in the sitting room and watch TV there

I know exactly how to get rid of the cameras and microphones in your bedroom, antipsychotic drugs. Get on good medication and the cameras will go away.

Easy, go through every inch of your bedroom and remove it if one is found. On second thought, the earlier answers are more realistic than mine.

The only real way you will be able to detect one is if it is wireless. If it is, then a "sniffer" will be able to detect the signal that it is sending wirelessly.

Any local police supply store should carry a "sniffer", or they can be purchased at http://www.amazing1.com/fm-transmitters-receivers.htm

Hope this helps!
