It means she has something tasty and sweet and that guys crave and want it and by saying its better then yours she is challenging you to be like her which your probably not and doubt you would even want to be. Every girl has some kind of treat she can flaunt that every guy might want in some fashion or other. It is just song, don't get so deep about it lol

on the top of the action picture Dodgeball, Ben Stiller shakes his boobs to that song. i theory it became boobs. also boobs could have "milk" so once you're shakin' 'em possibly it really is a milkshake. IDK, yet I also hate that song.
