Is this narcolepsy or just boredom? It's not lack of sleep; I sleep enough.

TV/computers make the brain release alpha waves, and the only other time the brain releases alpha waves is when you sleep.. so yeah, almost everyone has problems falling asleep from time to time on one of those two.. as for books, it's common with that also and a lot of it can be boredom.. but also, people kind of "zone out" sometimes when they read, and that can push you towards sleep.

YES . This means that the eyes are begging for some rest. Close your eyes and relax. Another thing will help. Sprinkle some cold water on the CLOSED eyes.

whenever i read i fall asleep after 2 pages or sthg. i think it's lack of concentration

I have the same problem, its called Astigmatism...

Its possiable that you may need glasses.
