Drink lots and lots of water. If you're healthy on the inside, it will reflect on the outside. Also, don't shampoo your hair daily; only if it is really dirty. Otherwise just use conditioner on it and risnse thoroughly. Also, over processing with hairdryer is a bad thing. If possible let it air dry. Then, I use a chi iron...it really does flatten your hair better than most irons which results in light reflecting off of your hair, making it shiny! Good Luck!

Blast your hair with cold water at the end of your shower and get a hairdryer that has a cool button and press that after your have dried your hair. Also point the hair dryer nosle downwards as this drys the cutilcles flatter and will make your hair shinier. Failing that, darker hair is always the most shiny so you could darken it.

Well if you have not used this product, I can guarantee this will work:
Joico Kpak Protect and Shine Serum
It can also be used on hands and feet to hold in moisture (esp around flaky cuticles).
It can only be purchased in a beauty supply store and it is expensive. If this product doesn't work, then I suggest you visit your hair stylist for advice. S\he can help you figure it out.
Good luck.

Apple Cider Vinegar
put it on in the shower after you have shampooed
then rinse with cooler water
I tried putting in a spay bottle but it got clogged, so I use a haircolor applicator bottle that has a small spout

This a very old fashioned way. Rinse your hair with white vinegar then rinse again with cool water . Remember the rinse again bit, no use smelling like a french fry. Try it it works.

Rinse with Ice cold water and blow dry with cold setting it takes longer but it is worth it. ( just tilt back your head so the rest of you stays warm) (you could air dry then dry a bit warm tbey cold blast it ) . Ice cold makes your hair like a sheet of ice.

you could take nutrition E supplementations for healthy pores and skin, hair and nails and use what you could from a hair care line called professional organic’s which has shampoos, conditioner, hair mask, hair oils and stuff it really is sulfate, alcohol loose so it really is so mushy on your hair and makes it extremely mushy and smooth.
