I've heard so many good things about SOY PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS.

Hi there!

It is supposedly easier on the stomach - often used for people who are lactose intolerant. It is another form of protein to keep your diet well balanced. I believe it has less fat than other forms of protein since it is vegetable based.

I believe this answers your question, but if not, you may email me.

Good luck on your diet and fitness goals!

Food cooked with soy lowers fat content, and yes, it is a substitue for people with milk allergies. However, soy does not have much nutritional value, and it is one of the most difficult substances to digest. I have to stay away from soy because it messes up my intestines. When the "Wow" potato chips first came out, they had a disclaimer on them about these problems.
There have been reports done recently about how they can't find any real value using soy as a diet supplement or to help menopause. Saw about it on Good Morning America.

Honestly I don't think too much soy is good for anyone. you should only drink a cup a day of soy...the plant hormone in soy is not good for human beings.

It's non fattening and has good fiber. Not many people are allergic to it either so you can use soy like tofu in just about anything.
